WHO I AM
Feel free to call me 'Melly'
I have over five years' worth of experience in graphic design, having been involved in multiple projects and programs for both online and on-field events. Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are my main tools but I am also adapt at using Canva and other online graphic programs.
When it comes to projects, I am passionate and give it my all for my team and my clients. I'm open-minded and welcoming of critique and commentary on my work in my attempts to give the best results I can give. I prize creativity and imagination but do my best to temper it in the reality of deadlines, communication, and meeting others halfway.
I work well in groups because I know the importance of banding together to see a work go through, yet I can also act independently, knowing the need to stand on my own two feet. Once I get my footing, I don't need much supervision and I'm able to adapt.

Visual Ideation/Creativity
I am capable of translating an idea, even if it's not yet fully formed, into an actual image.
Design Software and Multimedia Design Software
I am highly skilled in the construction of graphics and videos, using Adobe programs like Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, and Illustrator. Canva is also a preferred tool of mine, something I am more than comfortable with.
Web Design
When it comes to designing web platforms, I can code in both HTML and CSS, and have had practice in manipulating a website page and the content on it.
Print Design
We may be in the digital age but the print is alive and kicking.
